Yes. You can edit your bio, photos, insurance panels, fees, or availability at any time through the provider portal. Keeping your profile up to date is one of the best ways to increase your referral rate, so we strongly encourage updating it regularly as your practice evolves. This ensures clients always see the most accurate information and makes it easier for the right matches to reach out.

Zencare provides insights into common rates in your zip code to help you set a competitive and sustainable fee. We also have a calculator that can help you set your fee.

No. You set and keep 100% of your professional fee - Zencare does not take a cut. Unlike other platforms you are not required to sign a contractor agreement with Zencare, as you remain completely independent and in control of your practice and client relationships.

Zencare Practice Management is a comprehensive yet easy-to-use EHR with everything you need to run a practice smoothly. Tools such as online scheduling, client portal, secure messaging, built-in private telehealth, integrated payments and insurance claim processing are all included. We also have 1-on-1 onboarding,  a seamless process to transfer your data from your existing EHR and incredible 7-days a week customer support.

Zencare Marketing is currently $59–$69 per month depending on your location. Zencare Practice Management (our EHR) is $69 per month but has a 7-day free trial. We also offer Private Pay Booster, which provides instant verification of out-of-network benefits and easy claims filing, for an additional $29 or $59 per month. All plans include a one-time setup fee, which provides you with professional photos and video that can be shot in person for $130 or remotely for $80.
